Let me first introduce myself. My name is Monica Mogge, and I am the founder of Creative Skin Care. I graduated from Christine Valmy International School in New York City and I have been an esthetician for over 16 years. My passion is for healthy skin and helping others to achieve their optimal level of skin heath.

Creative Skin Care has been in practice for over 5 years. Our clinic focuses on not only treating, but also educating our clients about good skin care. We have highly trained estheticians with many years of experience and guarantee to provide you with the best quality of service. Some of the treatments we provide include: Laser Hair Removal, Facials, Microdermabrasion, Oxygenation Treatment, IPL and Clinical Chemical Peels. All of the pharmaceutical products we use are of medical grade and are absolutely pure and safe.

Our product ingredients include liposomal vitamins A, C, E, Green Tea Extract and Co-Q10. Using these natural ingredients ensures that your skin will receive the essential care that it needs in order to enhance its condition and preserve its youthful and radiant appearance.

Please follow the steps.

1. Book your appointment online.
2. If this appointment is for any laser treatment or foto facial, check the option “test” if you have darker pigmented skin (African-Americans, Native Americans or possibly Hispanics).
3. Please read the guidelines located under the laser hair removal tab so you know how to prepare.
4. Download and fill out the Patient Profile Form and please shave the areas to be treated.
5. If you need to reschedule or cancel your treatment session, please honor the 24-hour cancellation policy.

Client must bring certificate on first visit for service. If certificate is not presented on the first visit, client will NOT be seen and will lose 1 appointment or pay a fee to keep the appointment..

If client arrives more than 15 minutes late for the appointment, the appointment will be forfeited.

New clients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out paperwork unless it was downloaded from the website and filled out beforehand.

If area to be treated is not shaved prior to appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.

If you are using Retin-A on the face and the face is the area to be treated Retin-A MUST be discontinued 10 days prior to your treatment.

If client is on antibiotics or any medication that makes the skin foto sensitive, one must be off medication for 10 days prior to your treatment".
